Joaquin Phoenix Checks Into Rehab
this makes me sad. it's only wednesday and my week is shit. i know i dont know him but, yeah. crap week for everyone i guess. :-/LOS ANGELES (AP) - Joaquin Phoenix has checked into a rehabilitation facility to deal with alcohol abuse problems. ``He was uncomfortable with the way that he was living his life and found the courage to deal with his disease,'' publicist Susan Patricola said in a statement Tuesday. Phoenix, 30, voluntarily entered an undisclosed rehab facility two weeks ago and hoped that coming forward will encourage others with the same problem to get help as well, Patricola said. Phoenix starred in 2004's ``The Village'' and was nominated for a supporting actor Oscar for his portrayal of Commodus in 2000's ``Gladiator.'' He will portray Johnny Cash in ``Walk the Line,'' due out later this year. His brother River Phoenix died of a drug overdose in 1993 outside The Viper Room in Los Angeles. The star of ``Stand by Me'' and ``My Own Private Idaho'' was 23. 04/13/05 09:44 © Copyright The Associated Press. All rights reserved. been on my mind all morning long....
Right before i made myself get up for work this morning i was dreaming about Ashley. I got to work and they told me to get all the kids up from nap, so i go into this room thats filled with our cribs, but it wasnt our nap room. well i see this child standing up in her bed, and i ran back out of the room. i started crying and said i cant go in there. and the girls i work with said well you have to. YOU have to get them up. i said but i cant, my baby's in there. the lil bald chubby kid standing in her bed was Ashley. so i go in and get her up and she says i can walk myself and i said ok. mind you i work with infants and toddlers and never have any of them talked like this. it's always beginers babble. and to make this wierder, there was also these two people in lab coats in the corner of the room and one hada sandwich and the other asked where did you get that and the guy said, this is that room whenever you think about something you want you get it, i wanted bolongia and cheese. anyway.... i walk her into this other room and she gets on a tricycle and she looks back at me and says will you stay with me? and i sit down. i just watch her. and shes making figure eights in the like glitter covered floor. i ask her if she hurts and she said no not anymore. and i said you do know i hate when you leave, and she said cant you come with me this time? and i said no i cant. and she said but i miss you and i said i missed her and then someone was telling me times up, you need to go now. and then i just woke up.

Julia Roberts Gives Birth to Twins
wow. nice names julia. poor kids.LOS ANGELES (AP) - It's a girl - and a boy - for actress Julia Roberts and her husband, cinematographer Danny Moder. Roberts gave birth to twins Hazel Patricia Moder and Phinnaeus Walter Moder on Sunday morning at a Southern California hospital, publicist Marcy Engelman said Sunday. Roberts, 37, was confined to bed last month after experiencing a series of early contractions and wasn't due until early January. Engelman said Sunday in a phone interview that ``mother and babies are doing great,'' but didn't release the twins' weights or other details. Roberts, who skyrocketed to fame with ``Pretty Woman'' in 1990, has two films coming out in early December - Mike Nichols' ``Closer'' and ``Ocean's Twelve,'' the Steven Soderbergh-directed sequel to 2001's star-studded heist caper. Roberts married Moder in July 2002 at her home in Taos, N.M. The twins are the first children for Roberts, who won the best actress Oscar in 2001 for ``Erin Brockovich.'' 11/28/04 15:48
